§ 12-08. Governing law; conflicts.

(A)

Except as to matters which are governed by federal law or regulation, a franchise agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and Section 12-34.

(B)

If any part, section, subsection or other portion of this chapter conflicts or subsequently comes into conflict with any federal or state law, the prevailing law shall control and apply.
