§ 14-51. Board of Trustees of Orange County Legal Aid—Appointment; term.

  • There is hereby created a board of trustees to be known as the "Board of Trustees, Orange County Legal Aid," which board shall consist of three (3) members, namely, one (1) of the resident circuit judge of the county, to be appointed by the senior circuit judge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, and two (2) practicing attorneys of the county, to be appointed by the president of the Orange County Bar Association. Members are appointed for terms of two (2) years; terms end on June 30 of the appropriate year.
