§ 15-66. Short title and purpose.

The regulations established herein shall be known and may be cited as the "Orange County Air Quality Rules." The purpose of these rules is to provide for the adequate regulation of activities that generate or are reasonably expected to generate air pollution in order to protect, preserve, and enhance the public health, safety, and welfare, and the air quality of Orange County, Florida, and the State of Florida.
