§ 15-69. Permits and appeals.

(a)

The environmental protection officer is hereby authorized to issue all such permits for which provision may be made under the county air quality rules set forth in divisions 2 and 3 of this article.

(b)

Except as otherwise provided in section 15-89(g), any person aggrieved by any action or decision of the environmental protection officer in connection with the issuance of such permits may appeal any such action or decision in accordance with the provisions of section 15-38(a) through (d).
