§ 15-380. Exemptions—Determination.

(a)

This article does not apply to any lands which meet one (1) of the following criteria:

(1)

Any lands which have been issued a development permit by the county for conservation areas prior to the effective date of this article; or

(2)

Any lands which have received a development order of binding vested right determination which addressed modification or alteration to conservation areas or wetlands and which was issued prior to the effective date of this chapter pursuant to F.S. ch. 380.

(b)

Any owner of lands which are comprised of nonwetland areas or who believes that his lands are exempt under this section may submit such lands for a binding determination of exemption as provided in sections 15-381 and 15-382.
