§ 15-555. Affected area; county-wide application.

Pursuant to Orange County Charter section 704, the county establishes this article to provide minimum standards for protection of the environment through regulation of incinerators on a county-wide basis; specifically this article serves to protect air quality on a cumulative basis (rather than looking only at individual facilities) throughout both incorporated municipalities and unincorporated Orange County.
