§ 15-705. Adoption of state rules by reference.

(a)

The board hereby adopts by specific reference thereto the rules of the FDEP relating to pollutant storage tanks including standards, criteria, design, construction, performance, operation, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting requirements as such rules exist as of the effective date of this article. These rules are:

(1)

Chapter 62-761, F.A.C.; and

(2)

Chapter 62-762, F.A.C.

(b)

Copies of the rules referenced in subsections 15-705(a)(l) and (2) shall be made available at the office of EPD.
