§ 17-135. Authorization to pledge transportation trust fund.

The principal of and the interest on bonds issued under this division, as well as all obligations under lease or lease-purchase arrangements, may be payable from any or all of the revenues of the county's transportation trust fund established pursuant to F.S. § 336.022, but only if the proceeds of such bonds or lease or lease-purchase arrangements are used for purposes for which the transportation trust fund may be used.
