§ 17-137. Cost of acquisitions and projects.

  • The cost of such acquisitions and projects may include, but not be limited to, the following:

    (1)

    All acquisition costs, both direct and indirect;

    (2)

    Legal, engineering and fiscal fees, and fees of any other experts or consultants employed by the board of county commissioners;

    (3)

    Costs of soliciting bids and publishing notices in connection with acquiring the project;

    (4)

    All costs of design and construction of projects, whether direct or incidental;

    (5)

    Provisions for debt service reserves;

    (6)

    Bond discount;

    (7)

    Expenses of issuance, authorization and sale of the bonds, including advertisement notices, bond insurance, and other proceedings in connection therewith; and

    (8)

    Such other expenses as are necessary, incidental or appurtenant to the purposes authorized hereunder.
