§ 17-158. Authorization of projects and refundings.

The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized to acquire, construct, furnish and equip projects and to finance such projects as provided in this division. The board of county commissioners is hereby further authorized to refund such obligations of the county as the board of county commissioners deems necessary or desirable and to finance such refundings as provided in this division.
