§ 17-284. Supplementary general principles of law applicable.

The county shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws.

The principles of law and equity, including the Uniform Commercial Code of this state, laws relative to ethics, and laws relative to contract, agency, fraud, misrepresentation, duress, coercion, mistake or bankruptcy shall supplement the provisions of this article.

Procurement information shall be a public record to the extent provided in F.S. ch. 199 and shall be available to the public as provided by law.
