§ 17-299. Same—Delegation of authority to other county staff.

The chief of purchasing and contracts may delegate rights, powers and authority vested in him/her to subordinate purchasing and contracting employees or other county staff when deemed necessary by the chief of purchasing and contracts, provided such staff shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and procedures established by the county.
