§ 17-336. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Capital projects shall mean essential municipal services as defined and contemplated by F.S. § 125.01(1)(q).

Special assessment bonds shall mean bonds, notes and other certificates of indebtedness.
