§ 17-354. Alternative method.

Latest version.

This article provides an additional and alternative method for imposing assessments and related annual installments and for issuing special assessment bonds. The article shall be regarded as supplemental and additional to the powers conferred on the county by other laws and ordinances and shall not be deemed in derogation of any powers now existing.
