§ 17-442. Landowner petition process.

At its option, the board may establish a process pursuant to which the owners of property may petition for creation of an MSBU to fund local improvements and related services. Notwithstanding any petition process established pursuant to this section, the board shall retain the authority to create MSBUs without a landowner petition.
