§ 19-42. Legally existing structures or uses of land.

All structures or alterations of land which were legally existing and in full compliance with chapter 19, floodplain management, Orange County Code, as of September 25, 2009, shall not be required to comply with the provisions of this chapter unless and until there is an alteration, repair, reconstruction or substantial improvement to the structure or land which would require compliance with this chapter.
