§ 19-66. Establishment of floodplain permit.

A floodplain permit shall be required in conformance with the provisions of this chapter and shall be secured prior to the commencement of any development within an area of special flood hazard. A separate floodplain permit shall be required for each development within an area of special flood hazard.
