§ 21-63. Procedure for review of petitions—Generally.

Each petition shall be reviewed by the public works director, and he shall submit his recommendations to the board of county commissioners. The board of county commissioners, upon review of the petition and the recommendations of the public works director, shall either adopt a resolution setting a public hearing for the petition, deny the petition, or return the petition to the public works director or other appropriate county staff for additional study.
