The petition to vacate and any action by the board of county commissioners shall be
entered upon the minutes of the board of county commissioners. If the board of county
commissioners grants the petition or any portion thereof, notice shall be published
one (1) time, no later than thirty (30) days after the adoption of the resolution
granting the petition, in a newspaper of general circulation in the county. The proof
of publication of notice of the public hearing, the proof of publication of the notice
of the adoption of the resolution, and a copy of the resolution shall be recorded
in the official records of the county.
