§ 21-132. Plans, specifications and cost estimate; filing.

  • If the improvement be ordered, the board of county commissioners shall designate the county engineer or another officer or an agent whose duty it shall be to file with the clerk of the board of county commissioners plans, specifications and an estimate of cost, including an estimate of incidental expense, of constructing the improvement, incidental expense to include preliminary and other surveys, inspection and superintendence of work, preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, printing and publishing of notices and proceedings, authorization of bonds, interest during period of construction, legal services, abstracts and any other expense necessary or proper in connection therewith.
