Operations permitted by this article shall normally be conducted from 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any deviation from these hours
requires prior approval from the county engineer, and any overtime payments for inspection
will be billed at current manpower expense rates, and required to be paid by the permittee,
in accordance with current county billing requirements. A minimum of two (2) working
days' notice, in writing, requesting deviation from normal working hours, must be
provided. Emergency repairs are excluded from this time restriction of the two (2)
working days' notice.
