§ 21-247. Scope; construction; conflicts.
(a)
This division shall be effective throughout the unincorporated area of Orange County, within any public right-of-way of any state roads within the unincorporated area, and within any public right-of-way of any county roads, including county roads extending into and through any municipalities.
(b)
This division shall be liberally construed to effectuate its intent and purpose. To the extent possible, this division shall be construed in a manner that is consistent with Section 337.408, Florida Statutes, and all other applicable ordinances, laws, rules, and regulations.
(c)
To the extent this division or any portion of this division conflicts with another ordinance, this division shall control. To the extent this division or any portion thereof conflicts or is inconsistent with any applicable state or federal law or rule, including Section 337.408, Florida Statutes, the state or federal law or rule shall control.
