§ 21-262. Definitions.

For purposes of this article, each of the following terms shall have the same definition as that term is defined in the statutory reference set forth hereinbelow or as otherwise specifically defined herein:

(1)

Arterial road; F.S. § 334.03.

(2)

Collector road; F.S. § 334.03.

(3)

Person; F.S. § 334.03.

(4)

Right-of-way; F.S. § 334.03.

(5)

Road; F.S. § 334.03.

(6)

Intersection; F.S. § 316.003.

(7)

"Solicitation of charitable contribution" or "solicitation activity" means the solicitation or attempted solicitation of money, donations of money, property or financial assistance of any kind or the tender, sale or offer for sale of any article, tag, service, emblem, publication, ticket, advertisement, subscription or anything of value on the plea or representation that such solicitation or tender, sale, or an offer of sale or the proceeds thereof, is for a charitable, patriotic, public, philanthropic or political purpose.
