§ 23-28.5. Law enforcement impact fee fund established.

(a)

There is hereby established one law enforcement impact fee fund, for the law enforcement impact fees collected pursuant to this ordinance.

(b)

Funds withdrawn from the fund established hereby must be used in accordance with this ordinance.
