§ 23-90. Adoption of background studies.

Latest version.

The BCC hereby adopts by reference the study entitled Orange County Transportation Impact Fee Update, dated September 5, 2012, as amended December 27, 2012, particularly as it relates to the allocation of a fair share of the costs of new road improvements to be borne by new users of such road improvements.
