§ 23-179. Parks and recreation impact fee fund established.

(a)

There is hereby established a parks and recreation impact fee fund for the impact fees collected pursuant to this article.

(b)

Funds withdrawn from the parks and recreation impact fee fund established hereby shall be used in accordance with this article.
