§ 25-112. Surrender of business tax receipt.

Upon the discontinuance, dissolution or other termination of any business, occupation or profession for which a business tax receipt has been issued under this article, the person to whom such tax receipt was issued shall forthwith voluntarily surrender and deliver such tax receipt to the Orange County Tax Collector—Occupational License Department.
