§ 25-252. Rave-club manager.

(a)

A licensee shall designate an individual or individuals as the rave-club manager or managers and shall register his, her, or their names with the tax collector. Furthermore, whenever the licensee wishes to add the name of a different rave-club manager, he shall register that new manager's name with the tax collector.

(b)

An individual may not be designated as a rave-club manager if the individual would otherwise be disqualified under subsections 25-251(a)(7)a. and b. and (a)(8) from obtaining a rave-club license.

(c)

No rave club may be operated unless a rave-club manager is on the premises of the rave club during all hours of operation and until at least thirty (30) minutes after closing to ensure that the rave club is operated in accordance with the requirements and restrictions of this division.
