§ 25-256. Expiration of license; renewal.

(a)

A license for a rave club shall expire one (1) year from the date of issuance.

(b)

A license may be renewed only by making application as provided in section 25-251. An application for renewal should be made at least forty-five (45) days before the date of expiration. When made less than forty-five (45) days before the date of expiration, the expiration date shall not be extended by virtue of the fact that a renewal application is then pending.
