§ 25-257. Transfer of license prohibited; use of license at another address prohibited.

(a)

A licensee shall not transfer a rave-club license to another person. Any attempt by any licensee to transfer a rave-club license to another person shall be void and shall have no legal effect.

(b)

A licensee shall not operate a rave club under the authority of a license at any place other than the address designated in the approved license application.
