§ 25-323. Levy of sales tax.

Pursuant to F.S. (2002) § 212.055(2), there is levied on all taxable transactions in Orange County, at the rate of one-half of one (0.5) percent, the discretionary sales surtax known as the "local government infrastructure surtax" (the "sales tax").
