§ 26-171. Enforcement.

(a)

It is unlawful to violate any provision in this ordinance. Any violation of this ordinance shall be a noncriminal violation, punishable by a fine as provided in F.S. § 775.083.

(b)

Any state, county, or municipal law enforcement or code enforcement office may issue a civil citation for a violation of this ordinance.

(c)

The county court shall have jurisdiction to hear violations of this ordinance.
