§ 26-99. Penalty.

Violation of any requirement or provision of this division shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed sixty (60) days or by both such a fine and imprisonment as provided in section 1-9, Orange County Code.
