Chapter 27. MUSIC OR ENTERTAINMENT FESTIVALS

§ 27-3. Violations and penalties.

(a)

Any person who violates any section or provision of this chapter shall be punished as provided in section 1-9.

(b)

The board of county commissioners may bring suit to restrain, enjoin, or otherwise prevent violation of this chapter in circuit court.

(c)

If there shall be any deviation or violation of or from the conditions and plans submitted under section 27-5, or violation of other provisions of this chapter, or any material misrepresentation in the application for the permit, the board of county commissioners may revoke the special entertainment permit granted.
