§ 28-1. Authority to regulate, control rusted, wrecked, abandoned, etc., vehicles.

The board of county commissioners may adopt, by ordinance or resolution, provisions, rules and regulations for the control of rusted, wrecked, discarded, dismantled, partly dismantled, inoperative, derelict or abandoned motor vehicles in the unincorporated areas of the county.
