§ 28-78. Responsibility.

The owner, renter, or agent of the residentially zoned or agriculturally zoned property upon which a violation of section 28-75 or 28-76 occurs and the owner of the motor vehicle which is parked in violation of section 28-75 or 28-76 shall be jointly and individually responsible for not complying with section(s) 28-75 and/or 28-76.
