§ 28-102. Statutory authority.

(a)

This article is enacted pursuant to F.S. § 893.138, as amended. The provisions of F.S. § 893.138, as they may be amended from time to time, and any other applicable general law shall govern the administration of the nuisance abatement board and any activities pertaining to nuisance abatement that are governed by this article.

(b)

If any portion of this article is inconsistent with any existing or future general law, the provisions of general law shall govern and shall supersede this division to the extent of the inconsistency.
