§ 28-121. Dual response; service fee.

If the false alarm elicits a response from both the sheriff's office and the Orange County Fire Rescue Department, and such response would cause a service fee to be assessed under either the false fire alarm ordinance or this article, only the service fee assessed by the Orange County Fire Rescue Department shall apply.
