§ 29-31. Enforcement.

Provisions of this article may be enforced by any person having the authority to enforce county ordinances. Nothing in this article shall prohibit the county sheriff from exercising the authority granted him in F.S. § 30.07 to appoint individuals as deputies for the purpose of enforcing this article.
