§ 2-28. Automobiles—Purchase and use by county commissioners.

The members of the board of county commissioners are hereby authorized and empowered, within their discretion, to purchase and operate automobiles as the property of such county, for the use of members of the board of county commissioners in the actual performance of their official duties, which shall be in addition to the compensation of such commissioners now allowed by law.
