§ 2-69. Same—Election; term of office.

The clerk of the circuit court and the county comptroller shall each be elected by the electors of Orange County for a term of four (4) years at the same time and in the same manner that other county officers are elected, and shall be compensated as prescribed by law, Florida Statutes, section 145.051.
