§ 2-200.4. Membership.

(a)

The authority shall be composed of seven (7) members. Such members shall be appointed by the board. The terms of the initial and succeeding members shall be as provided in F.S. § 243.21. Appointments or reappointments shall take place as provided by general law.

(b)

Members shall be required to file a statement of financial interests and shall be subject to the requirements applicable to local officers as set forth in F.S. § 112.3145, as it may be amended from time to time.
