§ 2-254. Documentation.

The rationale behind all acquisitions and settlements shall be explained in detail on a form substantially similar to that attached to Ordinance No. 92-29 as Exhibit "A" and a memorandum to the file explaining the rationale for the purchase. Such memorandum shall be prepared by the real estate management department on all pre-condemnation purchases and by the county attorney of record on all post-condemnation settlements. The permanent files of the real estate management department shall contain copies of all appraisals, reports or other information used to justify acquisitions and settlements as well as the form referenced as Exhibit "A."
