§ 2-285. Creation of local housing partnership.

(a)

For the purposes of the SHIP program, the county local housing partnership will serve as the local housing partnership to deliver affordable housing.

(b)

The local housing partnership shall include, but is not limited to, the county, community-based organizations, not-for-profit housing developers, for profit housing developers, lending institutions, providers of professional services relating to affordable housing, and service organizations working on behalf of persons with special housing needs.
