§ 2-425. Members of governing board.

The governing board shall initially be composed of nine (9) voting ex-officio members and one alternate member who shall sit and vote on the governing board only during the absence of another member of the governing board. The voting members of the governing board shall be as follows:
(1)

The Orange County Chairman;

(2)

Each of the Orange County Commissioners;

(3)

The Mayor of Orlando;

(4)

The First Mayor Pro Tem of Orlando;

(5)

As the alternate member, one elected official nominated by the county chairman and confirmed by the governing board.
