§ 30-353. Enforcement and penalties.

(a)

Violations of this division shall be subject to prosecution and penalties pursuant to F.S. § 125.69.

(b)

In addition, any violation of this division shall be subject to appropriate civil action in the court of appropriate jurisdiction, including the issuance of injunctions and temporary restraining orders.
