§ 31.5-66. Definition.

For purposes of this article the term "permanent on-site sign" shall mean any ground sign, pylon or pole sign, marquee sign, awning sign, projecting sign, roof sign, wall sign (facia sign), sign identifying a subdivision, mobile home park, or multifamily development, sign advertising nonresidential uses in a residential district, directional sign, and incidental sign.
