§ 31.5-144. Miscellaneous uses.

(a)

Portable food vendors. A portable food vendor, as the term is described at section 38-79(87), as it may be amended from time to time, shall have no signs.

(b)

Funeral chapels. A funeral chapel, as the term is described at section 38-79(131) of this Code, as it may be amended from time to time, may be allowed one (1) ground sign no greater than forty (40) square feet of copy area and no greater than eight (8) feet in height. Setbacks shall be in accordance with section 31.5-67.

(c)

Live-work units. Live-work units, as the term is described at section 38-79(159) of this Code, as it may be amended from time to time, may be allowed signs only intended to promote on-site nonresidential uses and shall be restricted to one (1) two-square-foot sign permanently affixed to door or wall of the business component of each live-work unit.
