§ 31.5-172. Directional signs.
(a)
The maximum allowable copy area of any directional sign shall be six (6) square feet.
(b)
The maximum height of any directional sign shall be eight (8) feet.
(c)
The minimum setback of any directional sign shall be four (4) feet.
(d)
A directional sign may contain logo, provided that a minimum of fifty-one (51) percent of the sign shall contain directional information.
(e)
Directional signs shall not figure against the total copy area of the site.
(f)
A maximum number of one (1) directional sign may be permitted per access direction point on a parcel.
