§ 32-151. Short title; authority.

This article shall be known as the "Orange County Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Ordinance." The article is enacted under the home rule powers of the county to regulate the accumulation, collection, transportation and disposal of refuse in the interests of the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens and residents of the county.
